The process of buying property in Dubai

Reservation

Reserveer je unit via een reserveringsformulier. Hiervoor vragen we uw volledige contactgegevens en kopie paspoort. In sommige gevallen wanneer de vraag erg hoog is, word er gevraagd om een kleine aanbetaling door de ontwikkelaar.

Payment

Er dient een aanbetaling van rond de 10/20% te worden overgemaakt aan de ontwikkelaar, voor de rest van de betalingen geld er een betaalplan. Deze verschilt vaak per project en staat altijd beschreven op de projectpagina. Er geld ook altijd een 4% fee voor het DLD (Dubai Land Department), dit garandeert de bouw van het project.

Oqood / Title Deed

Als de DLD fee is voldaan en de SPA ondertekend, dan zal de Dubai Land Department de Title Deed via email naar uw versturen. Hiermee bent u officieel eigenaar van het object!
